What is the Telecharge Digital Lottery?
The Telecharge Digital Lottery provides theatre-goers wide access to affordable tickets through multiple social media networks.

How do I sign up for the lottery?
Connect with one of your social networks using the buttons on the sign-up page and we'll walk you through the rest of the process.

Do I have to connect all my social media accounts in order to participate?
Nope! You can use any combination you would like.

How do I enter the lottery?
Select the number of tickets you want to purchase and click the "Enter" button. Available performances will be posted by 12:01 AM Eastern Time. Matinee lotteries close at 9:00 AM and evening lotteries close at 2:00 PM.

Did I win?
You will receive notification of your lottery status at the email address you used to sign up. You can also choose to be notified by text and an additional email address. Winners will be notified by 9:05 AM for matinees and 2:05 PM for evening performances.

How do I claim my tickets if I win?
Check your email notification for instructions. Winners must complete their purchase by 11:00 AM for matinees and by 4:00 PM for evening performances. After completing your purchase, tickets will be available for pickup with your credit card beginning 30 minutes before the performance.

Where are my ticket locations?
Seats may be located in the orchestra, mezzanine or boxes of the theater and may have a partial view of the stage. In addition, a number of tickets are located in standing room at the rear of the orchestra. There is a wall in front of the standing room locations measuring 4 feet and 4 inches tall. Pairs may be split into different locations.

Do you have accessible seats?
Yes, there is accessible seating for lottery winners provided that all of the accessible seats in the theater have not been sold prior to the lottery being held. If you require accessible seating, please respond to your winner email notification pursuant to the instructions in that email within the allotted time to notify the theater.

How long is the show?
Dear Evan Hansen runs 2 hours and 35 minutes, including 1 intermission.

Why does it say that there are no available lotteries?
Lottery drawings will only occur for scheduled performances. There are no available lotteries on days that the theater is dark. Lotteries will not display after winners have been drawn. Winners are drawn at 9:00 AM for matinees and at 2:00 PM for evening performances. In addition, lottery tickets are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
