Referral Bonus Terms

Purpose 

The purpose of the Referral Bonus Program is to provide an incentive award to a current employee/contractor (“Referrer”) who brings new talent to Tential by referring applicants via SocialToaster, who are subsequently selected and successfully employed in selected positions.

Eligibility and Participation Applicants

Applicants are persons not currently employed by Tential. 

Referrer - All Tential employees and contractors are eligible to receive a referral bonus with the exception of at least the following:

  • Employees whose regular, recurring, jobs include the recruitment of employees

  • Selecting manager/supervisor or other persons associated with the selection of the candidate

  • All Internal Operations, Admin, Finance and HR Department employees

  • Family members 

How it Works

Referrers may visit https://tential.socialtoaster.com (the “Website”) and, if they have not already done so, follow the instructions to register for the Program by providing your full name, a valid email address, and authorizing Facebook, X, or LinkedIn (each, an “Approved Platform” and collectively, the "Approved Platforms") as directed to provide your personal information to register for the Referral Bonus Program if you wish. Referrers will find a list of tasks and activities that they may complete via the Social Toaster® application or via the Approved Platforms in order to recruit employees. SocialToaster will track when someone clicks on content that a Referrer shares, will track if an application is filled out, and associate it with the Referrer’s account. If that person/application meets eligibility criteria, is hired, and employed for forty-five (45) days, the Referrer will be eligible to receive a referral bonus. 

Eligible Positions and Associated Bonuses

Positions eligible for this program are determined by Tential HR.  The current positions that are eligible for this program are:

  • Tech Contractor - $1,000

The Referral Bonus Program allows for a Referrer to receive multiple bonuses, the total of which may not exceed $3,000 in any fiscal year.  Referral bonus payments will be paid in a lump sum payment after the new employee/contractor has completed forty-five (45) days of employment. Payments cannot be made until the referred candidate has been employed for a minimum of forty-five (45). 

Referral Bonus Program Administration 

The Referral Program operates in accordance with the following program requirements:

  • Referral bonuses are awarded at the discretion of management.  
  • Referred candidates cannot be current employees or contractors of Tential in any capacity. 
  • Both the Referrer and the referred candidate must be employed by Tential when any referral bonus is paid in order to receive the referral bonus.  
  • Any disputes arising from the application of this program will be the responsibility of Tential to resolve.  
  • Tential HR Office will monitor the use of the Referral Bonus Program.

Tential reserves the right to amend or discontinue this program at any time. Changes will be communicated to all employees. By participating in the employee referral bonus program, employees can help us build a stronger, more talented workforce while enjoying meaningful rewards for their efforts.
