Overview and Rules
Each drawing of the Telecharge Digital Lottery (each drawing and all drawings collectively, a/the "Lottery") allows eligible entrants to enter a drawing for a chance to purchase tickets for the Show. See the section of these rules under the heading "Eligibility" for full eligibility requirements.
All individuals' participation in the Lottery is governed by these Rules, Terms, and Conditions (the "Rules"), Sponsor's Website and Privacy Policies (found at https://www.telecharge.com/siteinfo.aspx?siteinfotype=policies), and any terms of use published by Administrator (including but not limited to those at https://www.socialtoaster.com/terms-of-service/ and any terms of use applicable to Administrator's mobile application(s), social media application(s), or other similar technologies, which, collectively with Sponsor's Website and Privacy Policies, are the "Additional Terms", all of which are incorporated in full into these Rules by reference, and with the Rules, the "Complete Terms"). All of the Complete Terms, or any part of them, may be updated, modified, or amended by Sponsor and/or Administrator at any time, any of which changes will be effective immediately. See the date at the top of these Rules for the last update of these Rules.
Any individual's participation in the Lottery, under these Complete Terms or any updated version thereof, constitutes such individual's acceptance of all provisions of the Complete Terms. If any individual does not wish to be bound by all of the provisions of the Complete Terms, such individual should not participate in the Lottery and should delete any browser or mobile permissions such individual may have granted related hereto.
Sponsor may terminate the Lottery, or change its rules or functions or any aspect or feature of it, at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. The availability of the Lottery for a given Show or a given performance of a Show, the number of Prizes available for a given Lottery drawing, the tickets available for purchase to individuals who win a Prize, the date and time of a given performance, and the cast of a given performance, all may vary and are all subject to change with or without notice.
Sponsor's and/or Administrator's rights in, and use of, any information, including personally identifying information, provided by an individual to Sponsor or to Administrator, in the context of such individual's participation in the Lottery, will be governed Sponsor's and/or Administrator's privacy policies, which are linked to above.
Eligibility
Except for the persons listed in the following paragraphs under this heading, and subject to all rules hereof and otherwise stated in any of the Complete Terms, all legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years old or older are eligible to enter and participate in the Lottery.
No person is eligible to enter or participate in the Lottery where or if doing so would be unlawful under the circumstances (including but not limited to because the Lottery or any aspect of it is unlawful in the jurisdiction of the individual's residence).
No person affiliated with Sponsor, with Administrator, with the Show, or with any product or services vendor or partner of any of the foregoing (including but not limited to, with respect to each entity, and to each of its corporate affiliates, its shareholders, members, partners, directors, and/or employees, and all such persons' immediate family members or housemates) is eligible to enter or participate in the Lottery.
No person is eligible to enter or participate in the Lottery if such person has been found at any time to have violated any of these Complete Terms, or any prior version of these Complete Terms (or any part thereof).
Entry and Entry Limitations
An individual can enter a Lottery by following the instructions on the website affiliated with said Lottery (the "Lottery Site"). Individuals must use a device capable of accessing the internet in order to access the Lottery Site, and generally must have a social media account recognized by the Lottery Site.
Each eligible entrant may submit only one entry for any Lottery drawing or drawings with respect to any one performance. Depending on the Show, one or more drawings may occur with respect to any one performance; but in all cases, only one entry may be submitted by any one individual for any one performance, regardless of the number of Lottery drawings for that performance.
Generally: (i) each Lottery will become accessible through the Lottery Site starting at 12:01 a.m. eastern time one or two days before the performance associated with said Lottery; (ii) entry to said Lottery will close and no further entries will be processed therefor as of 3:00 p.m. on the day said Lottery became accessible; and (iii) the ticket prices, and any applicable fees, for the tickets made purchasable by an entrant through the entrant's winning of the Lottery will be published on the Lottery Site prior to or at the time of the opening of each Lottery. Sponsor may change any of these rules at any time with respect to any particular Lottery.
To submit an entry for a Lottery, an individual must otherwise follow all applicable instructions on the Lottery Site.
Drawing and Prizes
Each Lottery's winner(s) (each a "Winner") will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entrants for that Lottery. Random selection will occur pursuant to Administrator's technology and systems. The number of possible Prizes available with respect to a specific Lottery, and therefore the number of possible Winners for any given Lottery, will depend on date, performance time, and other factors (including how many tickets the Show has determined to make available as Lottery Prizes for the associated performance). Any eligible entrant's odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries for, and the total number of Prizes available with respect to, the Lottery in question. Tickets made available for purchase to Winners may vary and may be in any location in the theatre (including in the mezzanine or boxes), may not be ADA accessible seats, may have partial or obstructed views, and may not be located adjacent to each other. If a Lottery Winner requires any particular accommodation, the Winner must contact Telecharge Customer Service by calling 212-239-6210 within the claim period described in the following paragraph.
Each Lottery's Winners will be notified that they won via the contact method selected on the Lottery Site during the entry submission process. (Selection of text message notification may result in application of text messaging or data rates or charges from the individual's mobile carrier.) The notification will contain instructions on how to claim the applicable Prize, which instructions must be followed strictly and in their entirety. Obtaining a Prize after winning generally requires that the Winner claim the Prize and pay for the applicable tickets via the instructions contained in the notification within six hours of Sponsor and/or Administrator's transmission of the said notice. Please regularly monitor whatever contact method you selected during the submission process so that, if you are notified that you have won, you can claim your Prize within the claim period; and please read any and all notifications of winning carefully and in full. The failure to claim a Prize strictly pursuant to the notification's instructions, or by the deadline stated in the notification, may void the Prize and prevent the Winner from obtaining tickets.
There is no cash or monetary value associated with any Prize. Each Prize is available only to the Winner of the Lottery for which said Prize was available. A Prize is not transferrable any may only be used by its Winner. There are no substitutions for Prizes or for the tickets made available for purchase via Prizes (including for other tickets to other performances of the Show), and no cash redemption of Prizes will be permitted. No Prize won via any Lottery may be combined with any other offer or promotion. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Additional rules or restrictions may apply.
Verification and Abuse
No abuse of these Rules or any of the Complete Terms will be permitted. If Sponsor or Administrator determines, through any method, that there has been any intentional or unintentional access to the Lottery, any Prize, or any tickets made available for purchase through the winning of a Prize, by any individual, in any manner in direct or indirect contravention of these Rules or any of the Complete Terms, or in any manner in conflict with the spirit in which Sponsor makes this Lottery available to the public, Sponsor may (i) disqualify such individual from the Lottery or any other Lottery sponsored by Sponsor or administered by Administrator; (ii) revoke any Prize to which such individual would otherwise be entitled under these Rules, (iii) revoke such individual's access to the Lottery or any other Lottery sponsored by Sponsor or administered by Administrator, (iv) revoke such individual's access to the Lottery Site or any affiliated website, and/or (v) take any other action permitted by law.
As between any individual interacting with any element of this Lottery (including any entrant or potential entrant) and Sponsor, Sponsor's determination of any matter whatsoever related to the Lottery (including but not limited to Sponsor's determination that any individual has accessed the Lottery, a Prize, or tickets, in contravention or conflict with the letter or spirit of these Rules or the Complete Terms) is Sponsor's determination in Sponsor's sole discretion and shall be final and binding without any right of appeal and may be given with any justification not prohibited by law or no justification at all.
Eligible entries may only be submitted via the Lottery Site. Any attempt to submit an entry for any Lottery via any method other than the Lottery Site will result in no eligible entry having been submitted, and such attempted entries will be void. Any determination that any entry has been invalidly submitted or has been submitted in any manner in contravention or conflict with the letter or spirit of these Rules or the Complete Terms will result in the entry being invalidated and disqualified, and may result in the individual that submitted the entry being temporarily or permanently disqualified from participation in this or any other Lottery affiliated with Sponsor or Administrator.
Without derogation from any other malfeasance, the following are all examples of actions in contravention or conflict with the letter or spirit of these Rules or the Complete Terms: (i) an individual submitting more than one Lottery entry with respect to any one Show performance; (ii) an individual using any method or device to automate the entry process or submit an entry through any method other than the Lottery Site; (iii) the duplication of entries; (iv) a single individual's use of multiple email addresses, IP addresses, or devices, or of any other technological or other means resulting in the individual submitting multiple entries, in connection with a single performance; and (v) the submission, intentionally or unintentionally, of any incomplete or untrue information in the context of an entry.
Personal Information
Any information, including but not limited to personally identifiable information, obtained by Sponsor or Administrator in the context of an individual's submission of a Lottery entry may be used by Sponsor and/or Administrator as provided in each's privacy policy (which are linked-to under the heading "Overview and Rules", above).
Legal
Sponsor may terminate the Lottery, or change its rules or functions or any aspect or feature of it, at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Sponsor may cancel any Lottery instance, whether a drawing has occurred or not with respect thereto, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to due to Sponsor's or Administrator's determination of fraud or technical problems with respect to a given Lottery.
Any individual's participation in any Lottery, or interaction with Sponsor, Administrator, or the Lottery Site with respect to any Lottery, constitutes such individual's: (i) affirmation that, if they proceed to participate in the Lottery, they are eligible to participate in the Lottery; (ii) agreement to be bound by all of the Complete Terms, and by all of Sponsor's determinations, which Sponsor may make in its sole discretion for any reason not prohibited by law or for no reason, with respect to the Lottery; (iii) agreement to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and any and all third parties affiliated with any Lottery (including but not limited to any social media company through which's product or service such individual accessed the Lottery or the Lottery Site), all of the foregoing's affiliated corporate entities, and all of their respective past and present shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (all of the foregoing persons and entities collectively, "Lottery Parties"), from and against any and all claims or actions of any character or type, in law or in equity (including but not limited to sounding in negligence, physical or emotional damage, invasion of privacy, misappropriation, intrusion, false light, defamation, slander, libel, publicity, trademark, copyright, property damage, loss of business, loss of revenues, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss or inaccuracy of data or information, loss or interruption of network or other service, and/or replacement of goods or services), in all cases in any manner related to or arising out of such individual's participation in the Lottery or any aspect thereof, or use of the Lottery Site or any aspect thereof, or use or redemption of any Prize, or use of any tickets made available for purchase via winning a Prize; (iv) agreement to indemnify any and all Lottery Parties from and against any and all claims or actions of any character or type, liabilities, and/or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) in any manner related to such individual's participation in the Lottery or any aspect thereof, or use of the Lottery Site or any aspect thereof, or use or redemption of any Prize, or use of any tickets made available for purchase via winning a prize, in all cases in any manner not in strict compliance with all Complete Terms; and (v) agreement that in the context of any liability that does yet arise of any Lottery Party hereunder, no indirect, incidental, reliance, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages may be assessed, and any and all judgments and/or awards arising from such liability shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by such individual in the context of entering the Lottery in question.
The Lottery and all aspects thereof are provided "as is" and "as available" and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of title, non-infringement, integration, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose; and any such warranty and any other warranties implied by any course of performance or usage of trade are all expressly disclaimed. Without derogation from the prior sentence, Sponsor and Administrator do not warrant that (i) any information displayed or published in the context of any Lottery will be timely, accurate, reliable, or correct; (ii) any Lottery or the Lottery Site will be secure or available at any particular time or place; (iii) any defects or errors (technological or otherwise) in any of the foregoing will be corrected; (iv) the Lottery and/or the Lottery Site will be free of viruses or other harmful components; and/or (v) any particular result or outcome can or will be achieved. All individuals' participation in any Lottery is solely at such individuals' own risk.
The Lottery and these Rules shall be governed by the law of the State of New York, without application of conflicts of laws principles. If permitted by law, any and all disputes of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of the Lottery or these Rules shall be finally determined by individual (i.e., non-class) binding arbitration held before a three-arbitrator panel of the American Arbitration Association seated in New York City; or if not so permitted, shall be heard on an individual (i.e., non-class) basis in a state or federal court located on the Island of Manhattan, New York City, New York State. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not indicate and shall not be construed as a waiver by Sponsor of any right it has or has reserved hereunder, and shall not prevent Sponsor from subsequently enforcing such provision. If any part of these Rules is determined to be invalid or illegal by any legal authority of competent jurisdiction, then that part shall be curtailed to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid and legal (or if such provision cannot be made valid and legal, it shall be struck from these Rules), and all remaining provisions of these Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
For Lottery results, you must send a written request to: Telecharge Digital Lottery — Winners List, c/o The Shubert Organization, Inc., 234 West 44th Street, New York, New York 10036. All such requests must be received within sixty days of the Lottery instance in question.

Without derogation from any other malfeasance, the following are all examples of actions in contravention or conflict with the letter or spirit of these Rules or the Complete Terms: (i) an individual submitting more than one Lottery entry with respect to any one Show performance; (ii) an individual using any method or device to automate the entry process or submit an entry through any method other than the Lottery Site; (iii) the duplication of entries; (iv) a single individual's use of multiple email addresses, IP addresses, or devices, or of any other technological or other means resulting in the individual submitting multiple entries, in connection with a single performance; and (v) the submission, intentionally or unintentionally, of any incomplete or untrue information in the context of an entry.
Personal Information
Any information, including but not limited to personally identifiable information, obtained by Sponsor or Administrator in the context of an individual's submission of a Lottery entry may be used by Sponsor and/or Administrator as provided in each's privacy policy (which are linked-to under the heading "Overview and Rules", above).
Legal
Sponsor may terminate the Lottery, or change its rules or functions or any aspect or feature of it, at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. Sponsor may cancel any Lottery instance, whether a drawing has occurred or not with respect thereto, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to due to Sponsor's or Administrator's determination of fraud or technical problems with respect to a given Lottery.
Any individual's participation in any Lottery, or interaction with Sponsor, Administrator, or the Lottery Site with respect to any Lottery, constitutes such individual's: (i) affirmation that, if they proceed to participate in the Lottery, they are eligible to participate in the Lottery; (ii) agreement to be bound by all of the Complete Terms, and by all of Sponsor's determinations, which Sponsor may make in its sole discretion for any reason not prohibited by law or for no reason, with respect to the Lottery; (iii) agreement to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and any and all third parties affiliated with any Lottery (including but not limited to any social media company through which's product or service such individual accessed the Lottery or the Lottery Site), all of the foregoing's affiliated corporate entities, and all of their respective past and present shareholders, members, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents (all of the foregoing persons and entities collectively, "Lottery Parties"), from and against any and all claims or actions of any character or type, in law or in equity (including but not limited to sounding in negligence, physical or emotional damage, invasion of privacy, misappropriation, intrusion, false light, defamation, slander, libel, publicity, trademark, copyright, property damage, loss of business, loss of revenues, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss or inaccuracy of data or information, loss or interruption of network or other service, and/or replacement of goods or services), in all cases in any manner related to or arising out of such individual's participation in the Lottery or any aspect thereof, or use of the Lottery Site or any aspect thereof, or use or redemption of any Prize, or use of any tickets made available for purchase via winning a Prize; (iv) agreement to indemnify any and all Lottery Parties from and against any and all claims or actions of any character or type, liabilities, and/or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) in any manner related to such individual's participation in the Lottery or any aspect thereof, or use of the Lottery Site or any aspect thereof, or use or redemption of any Prize, or use of any tickets made available for purchase via winning a prize, in all cases in any manner not in strict compliance with all Complete Terms; and (v) agreement that in the context of any liability that does yet arise of any Lottery Party hereunder, no indirect, incidental, reliance, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or special damages may be assessed, and any and all judgments and/or awards arising from such liability shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred by such individual in the context of entering the Lottery in question.
The Lottery and all aspects thereof are provided "as is" and "as available" and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of title, non-infringement, integration, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose; and any such warranty and any other warranties implied by any course of performance or usage of trade are all expressly disclaimed. Without derogation from the prior sentence, Sponsor and Administrator do not warrant that (i) any information displayed or published in the context of any Lottery will be timely, accurate, reliable, or correct; (ii) any Lottery or the Lottery Site will be secure or available at any particular time or place; (iii) any defects or errors (technological or otherwise) in any of the foregoing will be corrected; (iv) the Lottery and/or the Lottery Site will be free of viruses or other harmful components; and/or (v) any particular result or outcome can or will be achieved. All individuals' participation in any Lottery is solely at such individuals' own risk.
The Lottery and these Rules shall be governed by the law of the State of New York, without application of conflicts of laws principles. If permitted by law, any and all disputes of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of the Lottery or these Rules shall be finally determined by individual (i.e., non-class) binding arbitration held before a three-arbitrator panel of the American Arbitration Association seated in New York City; or if not so permitted, shall be heard on an individual (i.e., non-class) basis in a state or federal court located on the Island of Manhattan, New York City, New York State. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not indicate and shall not be construed as a waiver by Sponsor of any right it has or has reserved hereunder, and shall not prevent Sponsor from subsequently enforcing such provision. If any part of these Rules is determined to be invalid or illegal by any legal authority of competent jurisdiction, then that part shall be curtailed to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid and legal (or if such provision cannot be made valid and legal, it shall be struck from these Rules), and all remaining provisions of these Rules shall remain in full force and effect.
For Lottery results, you must send a written request to: Telecharge Digital Lottery — Winners List, c/o The Shubert Organization, Inc., 234 West 44th Street, New York, New York 10036. All such requests must be received within sixty days of the Lottery instance in question.
